Creating documents and folders

(a) Locate the Golden Gate Bridge and mark with <Placemark>

(b) Copy the KML to a text editor

(c) Create a new <Folder> under My Places

(d) Copy the KML to a text editor

(e) Edit and the combine the KML to create a <Document> called San Francisco, containing one <Folder> called Bridges, containing a <Placemark> called Golden Gate Bridge
